Services
Snehal Education provides supplemental educational tutoring and test preparation. We do not guarantee specific grades, test scores or admissions outcomes.
Scheduling and payment
Sessions are billed per session or monthly as agreed. Payment is due according to your invoice. Cancellations require 24 hours' notice as described in our Refund Policy.
Conduct
Students and families agree to treat tutors and other students with respect. We may end services for conduct that is unsafe or disruptive.
Intellectual property
Website content, logos and learning materials belong to Snehal Education and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snehal Education is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, with venue in Hennepin County.
