Session cancellations
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are not charged. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full, with one courtesy exception per term.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with 14 days' written notice. Unused prepaid sessions are refunded at the per-session rate.
Bootcamps
Full refund up to 7 days before the first class; 50% refund after the first week; no refund after the second week.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
